About the Founder
Ryan Levine is the founder of the Kids Film It Festival. He is a middle school student at Hawken School in Cleveland, Ohio.
I would like to raise money for Parkinson’s research. I want people to have fun and enjoy the film festival. I am very passionate about filmmaking and I want to give other kids an opportunity to show their movies and see others movies.
I’m doing this because my grandma has Parkinson’s and I want to help people who have Parkinson’s. I am a fan of Back to the Future which Michael J Fox stars in. Michael J Fox has Parkinson's and has been incredible in his fundraising for the disease. He has been an inspiration to me and shows if you work hard and get people involved a lot can be done.
